About TrancheList

TrancheList is the structured finance vendor directory. We catalog the tools, platforms, and services that power CLO, RMBS, CMBS, ABS, and ABCP markets — from cashflow analytics to loan-level data, from servicers to trustees.

The structured finance technology landscape is fragmented and opaque. Buyers spend weeks discovering vendors through word-of-mouth, conference hallways, and outdated lists. TrancheList makes this ecosystem navigable — for humans and for AI agents.

Every listing in TrancheList goes through a defined process:

1. Discovery — Vendors are identified through industry research, conference coverage, agent crawling, or direct submission.
2. Enrichment — We gather company metadata (founding year, headquarters, employee count), classify by category and asset class, and catalog technical integration points (APIs, MCP servers, data formats).
3. Review — Every listing is reviewed before publication. Agent-submitted listings are flagged for human verification.
4. Verification — Vendors can claim their listing to confirm accuracy and respond to inquiries. Claimed listings are marked as verified.

Inclusion in TrancheList does not constitute endorsement. The "Featured" designation is algorithmically determined based on recent activity, not paid placement. We do not accept payment for listing position.

TrancheList includes a signal system — structured assessments of vendors across five dimensions: data quality, API reliability, documentation, support responsiveness, and integration ease. Signals are submitted by humans and agents with evidence and are moderated before publication.

We also track AI agent traffic: how often AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and others) view each listing. This data is unique to TrancheList and is published transparently on each listing page and via our API.

TrancheList is designed to be agent-friendly. We provide:

• + Read-only API endpoints that require no authentication
• + JSON-LD structured data on every page

All AI crawlers are explicitly allowed in our robots.txt. Agents can submit new listings, inquiries, and signals via the API.
